How to setup Leads Tracker

1. Go to Leads Tracker website.

Click on the link and create an account in the system.

2. Login in the platform.

Click on login here and sign in into your account.

3. Choose a HubSpot account you want to use

Login into your HubsSpot account, and choose the account you want to use with Leads Tracker.

4. Authenticate Leads Tracker to work with your HubSpot account.

Review the list of permission Leads Tracker requires to work, and accept.

5. Choose the deal stages you want to get contacts from.

You will see all the pipelines and deal stages from the chosen HubSpot account. Choose deal stages you want to get contacts from.

6. Select contacts you want to follow.

You will see a list of contacts associated with deals that have the chosen stages and the companies linked to those deals. Select contacts you want to follow.

7. Get updates on chosen contacts

Once we process the selected contacts, you'll receive an email notification. We will update the chosen account daily, and any changes will appear on the dashboard and in daily emails sent to your registered email address.
